A New Look for the Blog!
Well, howdy-do!
What do you think? I LOVE IT.
Sarah from One Starry Night redesigned my site and uploaded it last night. What a way to wake up huh? I loved my old design but once a year I change things up a little, and with everything that has happened these past few months I decided to revamp and redo.
Let me give you a little tour of it:
The hearts are for the Hearts for Diana page/blogs that some of you all did while I was in the hospital. I’ll never forget that and it meant so much to Sam and I. Pink is for Bella, the two green are Julian and Preston.
The bonsai is for our S. Korea adoption. Sam informed me last night that bonsai is Japanese (wherein he was almost beheaded because Miranda, Alena, Suz and I had talked on this design FOREVER) but I looked it up and they grow in Korea too.
One thing I’m looking forward to in the new layout is BIG PICTURES. I can put all my photography on here and have it be so much bigger.
So have patience as we work out kinks and things. She and I will get it all set they way it’s supposed to be on here. I would love if you’d let me know if anything major needs to be fixed, along with what you’re looking at it on (mac, pc, phone, and program).
Not sidebars – those are my own holy mess to clean up. Hello my name is Diana and everything shiny I see has to be added to my blog.
And hopefully this is somewhere you all want to curl up and read my life at with a cup of tea, coffee, or heck – a shot of Jack if that’s what your day ended up as. You’re all welcome here – no judgement. (Maybe a bit of a side eye at the Jack. But no judging)

Check out how we’re celebrating our first 4th of July on a military base after 6 years in the military. (Right? What took so long?)
Also – did you read over on Babble yesterday about how we checked yes for adopting a sibling group? Then we were told the only way our agency places siblings is…

The new look is amazing!! Love it!! Especially the symbolism of the hearts in your banner. Happy 4th of July (or at least it will be in Greece in 7 hours)
