Tell Me When It’s Over. Mmmmkay?

We got our homestudy approved!

Yay!

Just in time to find out that we no longer qualify to adopt from Korea or any other country our agency works with.

You can read about it on Babble. Today was quite the day.

I’ll be in a hole, head covered. Rocking. There might be thumb sucking.

*sigh*

Are you kidding? I hope your qualification status wasn’t the reason they were dragging their feet for the last few weeks. I know there is a child(ren) out there meant for you but right now I’m going to be angry for you about this shitty news.

Diana, I am so sorry for this disappointment. It really sucks (someone once told me that I shouldn’t say that because it’s not becoming) but that word seems to fit. When you have your heart set on something and then it doesn’t happen, it’s an emotional event. I believe in my heart that God has something/someone else for your family. I’m excited to find out what He is going to do.
Hugs! Susie

I’m so, so sorry Diana. I wish you had received better news. :(

This makes me sad for you. Yet I want to offer some hope. Not like you don’t already know but God has greater plans for you guys than you can see right now. I know you already know this. Much love and prayers to you and your family.
